Notes:

1. Draughts is to be played on Sundays only.

2. Morabaraba is to be played on Sundays only.

3. The one-day (action) figure-games event shall only be held on Sundays only.

4. All other periods are played on both Saturday and Sunday.

5. Starting times for championships is 9H00.

6. Entries must be submitted at least one month before the championship.

7. Should at least 10 paid-up entries for figure games be received one month prior to the event, such event shall be played over 5 rounds. Such rule does not apply to the event as referred to in point 3 above.

8. Entry fees for 2009 are R38.00 for figure gamers and R19.00 for board gamers.

9. Entry to the School Championships (*) is free.

10. The above dates have been agreed upon by the Council and shall not be changed unless through exceptional circumstances.
